Biggenden Show Society
The Biggenden Show Society Annual Agricultural Show is on each year in mid-May. There will be plenty of events for all the family over the two day show, including cattle judging, an incredible array of cooking, artwork, crafts and needlework, plus fruit and vegetables on display.
Add the prime cattle judging and sale, a campdraft, equestrian events, wood chops, tug-of-War, Miss Showgirl, Rural Ambassador plus a fireworks display, rides and slides for the children, and barbecue and food stalls with live music to entertain and a great show for all the family is assured.
We are proud to announce our 2013 Show featured the inaugural Mark Elliott Memorial Stockman's Challenge.
Winners of the Miss Showgirl and Rural Ambassador along with Young Judges, Fruit Cake and Beaut Utes go onto to compete at the Burnett Sub-chamber usually held in July. Winners from sub-chamber then go onto the Ekka in August.
Our showgrounds provides a wonderful venue for events all year round from caravan clubs to campdrafts to weddings, so if you are wanting to host an event please check out what our grounds and facilities have to offer.
